About Quinta Tenerías
Quinta Tenerías is an equity Residence Club providing fractional real estate ownership in the heart of San Miguel de Allende. Each Club Residence boasts modern architecture and is fully furnished and accessorized.
Club Residences feature all five elements of Feng Shui such as wood and stone floors to interconnect outdoor spaces with interior areas, water fountains to promote positive energy (CH’I), fireplaces to represent the fire element for success, and metal elements associated with the qualities of pleasure and creativity. Every aspect is intended to create comfort, safety, and harmony throughout the Club.
Our Story, Our Team
Rogelio Villanueva had the vision of creating a space where Mexican architecture and its great culture could merge in a place surrounded by luxury and comfort. He opted for San Miguel de Allende where he found the best place to represent and build this concept.
In order to support this vision, he set out to search and find the best professional team to be able to develop the concept of Quinta Tenerías.
This is how he finds a team of high level architects and designers to develop a property of this category, also meeting one of the most important expert developers worldwide for these types of residential and luxury vacation clubs.
Finally, a unique team was formed that has captured all its professional experience and passion, working from the first execution of the idea to the services and amenities that make up Quinta Tenerías.
Rogelio M. Villanueva

Rogelio was born in Mexico City and became Medical Doctor, graduated “Summa Cum Laude”, from La Salle University; MBA y Fellowship Healthcare Management by Baylor University Medical Center; and Certified and Fellow from “American College of Healthcare Executives. With a strong institutional and business background, he has occupied executive positions in three of the most prestigious and recognized medical institutions in the world, as the American British Cowdray Medical Center and the Mayo Clinic. In parallel Rogelio has become an active entrepreneur and leader in the development of several real state projects in San Miguel de Allende.
Sebastián Zavala

Architect Zavala was born in San Miguel de Allende. Since 2001, he has been highly recognized for preserving the San Miguel style and colonial architecture, and also for giving a touch of modernity and comfort to his projects which have included houses, hotels, and restaurants. He has constructed amazing, warm, and upscale spaces reflecting a luxury lifestyle as you will appreciate and enjoy in Quinta Tenerias, one of the jewels of San Miguel and Zavala’s architecture.
Deborah González

Interior Designer
Deborah was born in Mexico City, an architect graduated with honors from the University of Texas, with experience in Corbin Yamafuji & Partners, Inc., where she became a designer on hotel projects and got initiated in the Feng Shui philosophy applied to spaces. After completing additional studies in "The Florence Institute of Design International", she moved back to Mexico to be a founding partner of the successful retail chain called" News & Gifts Shops International" in all airports. Among other projects, Deborah is responsible for the beautiful interior architecture of Quinta Tenerías.
